How long is the warranty on the range of Apex CPAP machines?

All Apex CPAP machines sold through us come with a 2year Australian warranty.

What does the word CPAP mean or stand for?

CPAP stands for Continuous Positive Airway Pressure is a form of treatment for OSA obstructive sleep apnea or sleep apnoea sufferers who have problems with there breathing while sleeping and suffer from related sleep disorders. They can use a CPAP machine device which is considered the gold star treatment.

Do we do sleep testing for snoring or snorers who think they may suffer from obstructive sleep apnea?

NO. If you suffer from these symptons and live in the Sydney area you can do a home based Sleep Study

What are the delivery charges for orders from the online shop?

FREE delivery for orders over $100! Otherwise it is a flat rate of $19 nationwide delivery via Australia Post.

What payment methods do we accept?

We accept all kinds of payment methods such as cash, EFT, credit card, eftpos, visa, mastercard, american express etc. On our website we use PayPal, payments can be made via credit card on the PayPal portal ( in which case a PayPal account is not required).

How long will delivery take?

We ship most days during the week, and will be standard package delivery times via Australia Post.

Good question. You will get a confirmation email, we will get a confirmation email with all your order details. If we have any questions about your order we will ring you. The order will be dispatched and you will be notified.
